“When a patient cannot be oxygenated or ventilated on other ventilators, conversion to the VDR® often allows rapid correction of hypoxia, hypercarbia, or both...the VDR® is an excellent first choice for patients with pneumonia or smoke inhalation injury. I have never found anything that facilitates clearance of airway secretions or mucus plugging more effectively.”

Effective for most hospital patient populations, including those in the NICU and PICU, the VDR®-4 is a versatile tool for critical and intensive care respiratory ventilation and used for newborns and children as a non-invasive option for those failing NCPAP and High Flow therapies. Flow Ventilation® enables improved clearance of secretions while supporting lung recruitment and gas exchange. The Phasitron® Kit provides lung conditioning therapy and the ability to interface with hospital humidification systems. The unit is paired with The Universal Monitron® to provide visual waveform, real-time pressures, and alarms.
